MACE HOUSE is a 2-story, 1800 square foot private cottage located in Waterford Heights on the mainland coast across from the south end of Pawley’s Island, SC. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and includes all amenities with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living/dining area, full kitchen and laundry, central electric heat and air, plus large rear and front porches and a dock on the creek overlooking Pawley’s south end.
Live in the Creek! Crab off our dock. Fish for flounder, spots and trout in the creek. Sun and swim in the surf off Pawley's famous beach. The house has frontage right on the marsh, and the beach on the island can be reached by boat at high tide or by car anytime--only 15 minutes, however you go.
Kayak into a hidden marsh full of wading birds. Kayaks are available at the house--no pick-up or delivery to arrange, and the prices are much cheaper than rental stores.
